What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and order details. Payment information is processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We also collect basic technical data (browser type, device type, pages visited) through standard analytics to keep the site functioning and improve the shopping experience.

How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, respond to return and customer-service requests, send order-related notifications, and detect fraudulent transactions. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to fulfill your order—such as payment processors and shipping carriers—and only to the extent needed for those services.

Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@aosemlab.my. If you have received marketing emails and no longer wish to receive them, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us directly.
